1969 Plymouth `Cuda 383 (BH29H9B)
Happy St. Patrick's Day! This month I feature another big block Cuda. This car was at the 2001 Mopar Nationals, and it is 1 of 130 with a 4-speed, making it a very rare Mopar! They made 378 total fastbacks, 248 had the automatic transmission. There were also 84 Cuda 383 hardtops (BH23H9B) in 1969, 23 with a 4-speed, and 61 with automatic. They were available as the A57 package on the Barracuda line in 1969. This package consisted of the 383 4BBL engine, dual exhaust with chrome tips, rallye suspension, black grille, rear deck applique, `Cuda 383 decals, simulated hood scoops, and hood & lower body side stripes. This car also comes in the fairly rare (Q5) Seafoam Turquoise Metallic paint.     And the Beat goes on.....
